Bringing more than 15 years of relevant experience with him, Mike Silvester has joined the Colt team as Technical Manager. Highly experienced at effectively delivering key projects, on time and in budget, Mike has worked extensively in manufacturing and quality systems in addition to operational management in the medical device industry. His expertise adds further strength to our highly experienced precision engineering team here in Tewkesbury and we anticipate that his involved will be of great assistance not just to us, but also the companies that we work with.

When not at work, Mike is an extremely devoted Rugby fan and likes nothing better than a good day’s mountain biking or other outdoor sports with his family.
